Wedding Favors
The tradition of giving favors to guests is a lovely way of thanking
them for attending and celebrating your wedding.
Wedding favors may be something edible such as sugar cookies, chocolates,
candy bars, Conversation Hearts, mints, Hershey Kisses or Jordan
Almonds - often presented in fives symbolizing happiness, health,
wealth, long life and fertility - or they might be token or keepsake
gifts such as bud vases, place card holders, coasters, frames, bells,
bulbs, seeds, sachets of potpourri, candles, soaps or bubbles or
perhaps disposable cameras.
However, remember that these and other favor ideas don’t
have to be an expensive part of your wedding budget and that it
is often the packaging or wrapping that turns an affordable little
gift into an elegant and unique wedding favor.
